  1. Download the APK below → open it → allow "Install from this source" if prompted.
  2. Open the app → tap "Continue with Google" — one tap signs you in AND links your Gmail + Calendar.
  3. Tap 📋 setup — SIMBA checks this phone itself: mic, notifications, location, backend. Fix anything red.
  4. IMPORTANT on Honor/Huawei/Xiaomi: Settings → Apps → SIMBA AI → Battery → No restrictions (so recordings never die in your pocket).
  5. Tap 🎙 to record. v1.2 keeps recording with the screen off (real foreground service), saves every chunk on the phone first, and uploads whenever network allows — nothing can be lost.
